Over the past year, we’ve undertaken a major organizational transformation—now, we’re excited to launch our new strategic plan and a fully revamped brand. When New Era was founded, we set out to close the huge gap in the electoral power of our generation caused by systemic barriers. We saw major victories through this work, registering over 250,000 young people and passing laws to make voting easy and accessible in Colorado. As a result, we live in one of the best states in the country to be a young voter. Now, through conversations with our communities, we’ve identified additional barriers to our generation’s power in transforming our democracy and shaping a better future for everyone.
Our new strategic plan sets out to solve these barriers with the same level of success we brought to our founding mission. Along with that, we’re launching a whole new visual brand to better represent our current identity and mission.
