Support “Get on Your Feet”

Get on Your Feet is a program that covers the first 2 years of loan payments for recent grads, allowing them to focus on starting their careers, working in their field, and gaining professional experience. Tell our legislators to invest in our generation’s future by adding your name to our petition.

Coloradans owe $26 billion in student debt. The economic future of an entire generation is threatened by this crisis and we need action to make sure recent graduates are able to focus on starting their careers. Currently, many recent graduates can’t afford to start businesses, buy a house, or even enter their field of expertise because they have to instead put hundreds into their debt. Get on Your Feet would remove this financial barrier for the first two years after they graduate, allowing these borrowers to instead contribute to Colorado. Please vote yes to pass Get on Your Feet, support students, and invest in our future.
