Every year, we look forward to bringing our New Era community together for our annual celebration, Toast to Democracy. Food & drinks

A hosted bar with beer, seltzers, cider, wine and specialty cocktails will be available, as well as catering provided by Dos Santos (including vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options). Walia Creamery has homemade small batch ice cream and sorbet special for Toast to Democracy and we are eager for you to get a taste!

Cocktail attire suggested. Please wear what you feel most confident in and remember this event is outside and dress accordingly. We will have a coat rack available indoors.

Please check in at the south side of Mile High Station (there will be plenty of signs to get you there). No printed tickets are needed as we will have a list of names at the door.

  • This event will be hosted outdoors. Our program, food & drink service, cocktail tables, musical performance and the live painter will all be outdoors so folks can enjoy themselves and mingle safely.
  • We (still) have a 100% vaccination rate among ticketed guests!! We are incredibly enthusiastic about this and really appreciate folks being so willing to disclose their vaccination status upon ticket purchase. This is an incredible feat and goes to show how much our community looks out for each other.
  • Masks will be strictly required inside the venue. This includes using the restroom, ordering a drink at the inside bar or mingling. Really though— outside is the place to be!
  • BYO mask! Don’t worry, we will have extras to provide day of in case you forget.
  • Reminder: Guests will be asked to stay home if they have tested positive for COVID-19, are waiting for COVID-19 test results, have been exposed to COVID-19 in the last 14 days or are showing COVID-19 symptoms.

If you’re interested in learning more about the precautions we’re taking to protect all our guests health and safety, you can read more here.

Virtual/in-person note:

At this time we are planning to host this event in-person at Mile High Station. We will operate in compliance with all local and CDC safety ordinances and will also be taking additional COVID precautions. If we are unable to safely host the event in person, we will move it to be a virtual experience.
